Using the Sling Steady System

How to Install Your Sling Steady

  1. Detach the rear sling clevis or quick-disconnect (QD) from the buttstock.
  2. Orient the bag so its drawstrings face the buttstock.
  3. Use the included loop to feed your rifle sling through the bag.
  4. Reattach the clevis or QD to the buttstock.
  5. Thread the drawstrings through the clevis or QD and tie them securely.
  6. Optional: hook-and-loop ports let you add or remove SteadyFill to set the firmness you want.
  7. You are now ready for a Sling Steady shot.
